“I have had the opportunity to speak all over the world in the last ten years, but today was extra special. Today I got the opportunity to speak at my kids’ school. We found out about St. Therese School only a year ago, and after a week at the school, we knew it was the perfect fit for our family. Getting the chance to give back and share my story with the amazing students that attend the school plus the phenomenal faculty was a surreal moment for me.

After my talk, I was pleasantly surprised to see the number of questions the kids asked me... everything from ‘can you still dunk?’ to ‘what was it like being injured?’ I want to thank principal Dunnigan for having me, the faculty for crowd control and their kind words, and of course the whole student body of amazing kids at the St. Therese school.”
